new Neko OC, Anson. Anson is the well-loved, and well-cared-for pet of a little old lady. He has a seeminly unending supply of chocolate Pocky. While he can make the entire range of Feline sounds, he cannot speak, though he does try. So, he uses Signs to communicate. He is overly friendy, and will offer up some of his Pocky if he likes someone.
